The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. Due to the new procedures and safety policies, our delivery partners are experiencing shipping delays. Therefore, our delivery timelines have been extended from 7 days to 14 days. We appreciate your support while we keep our warehouse and shipping partners safe.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We try our best to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods. In case of any delays in shipment or delivery, we will keep you informed by email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you experience a delay in receiving your order, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code. For any further help you can contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more assistance or unresolved queries.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Vastrotsav is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Vastrotsav is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
